 In
late 1997 cousins Jeff Phipps and Cliff Bell started molding one of
Indiana's premiere party bands. The band, Big Daddy, is made up of
a group of veteran musicians, all well versed in a multitude of
various musical styles and genres. The group strives to capture the
feel and intensity of each and every song performed. Just close your
eyes and let Big Daddy take you to that place in your mind where the
music comes alive.
The members of Big Daddy have collectively shared the stage with
such acts as The Charlie Daniels Band, Leroy Parnell, Tracy Lawence,
T. Graham Brown, Randy Travis, Joe Diffie, Reba McEntire, Rascal
Flatts and various other nationally touring artists.
The band is based out of the Muncie Indiana area, where they have
honed their craft as a house band for the past ten years. These
days Big Daddy also ventures out for corporate events, fairs,
festivals, private parties, and concerts.
When you see a Big Daddy performance, prepare to be amazed as the
band shuffles through various musical styles, genres, and eras.
Whether it's old or new, rock or country, dance, funk or blues Big
Daddy delivers an energetic, highly entertaining show that always
leaves them dancing in the isles.

"Big
Daddy Band was a big hit at our 20th Anniversary here at
the Indianapolis Zoo. The crowd loved their performances
of 80s hits. They gave a good mix of songs, and their
sound was great. I understand they can do great variety
of songs other than 80s hits, but our group was thrilled
by the selections. They did a nice job interacting with
the crowd and they added a lot to our event. Thanks Big
